Year 10 Discover Further Education

Well done to the students who attended the Discover NCD event at New College Durham. The students explored vocational areas at a careers fair and took a tour of the college.

Our students visited the Institute of Technology, Motor Vehicle Technology, Media, Childcare, Health & Social Care and Uniformed Services. There was also some time to see other areas of the college such as Support Services and social areas, including some down-time in the students’ union.

Students had an opportunity to try out a range of activities and chat informally to staff about the wider experience of Further Education. Well done to all involved: they were excellent ambassadors for St Bede’s.
